40 days of Lent, 40 reflections, 40 simple acts of generosity starting 10th February 2016.
This year our 40acts film has a simple premise: the realisation that each of us can make a generous difference.
It's been six years since we began 40acts, and the vision has never changed - what if Lent could become a preparation for a lifetime of big-heartedness? What if it could be more than just giving up chocolate? What if it could remind us that we're here, alive and able to show something of Jesus' love in our communities?
This year 40acts is back with brand new acts, reflections and resources to help you to do Lent generously. We're hoping 100,000 people will join us and send a ripple of 4 million acts of generosity around the world.
We are also continuing our 40acts Together resources as we believe generous actions and challenges can work even better in a group! This year we have brand new resources for families, churches, small groups, schools and youth groups. We've partnered with GodVenture for an exciting new interactive family pack, and Urban Saints have helped us to create a brand new resource for youth groups.
40acts Together provides you with online and printable resources to guide you through your generous journey as a community.
