I have been shopping these for about a year. Spoke to Chase and a couple other company reps on and off this past year.
These are wind and water tight with 10 year guarantee.
Chase took my info. Sent pictures back and forth about what and where.
Then pulled the trigger. USA sent me an invoice. You pay up front. They schedule delivery in about 5-8 days.
My delivery was Dec 11-13 but they pulled it within just a few days.
Arrived and the Driver was excellent.
He and I set it up temporarily on two railroad ties.
I will adjust the position and level it myself.
I used flash lights to check for pin holes, leaks etc. We will have better light today to do a video which I will post on my youtube channel SteamEnginesUSA.com
The initial condition was better than expected. The doors are a bit tight. Should smooth out once I get it leveled and lubed up. It was clean inside. Solid floors. I will buy more in the future as I plan to eventually do a storage container building. But that is for another day on down the road.

(Earlier this year from different companies I have been quoted $2000 - $4500 plus shipping.
So, Make sure you get one that is Wind and Water tight. Otherwise it will be a leaky rusty wore out metal box. Also they sell 1-Trip for about twice as much. Llike the descriptor name suggests, it was only used once.)
