The quality of his work is second to none. 5 weeks is unbelievable for build time. It's funny how much aero is involved on a vehicle with a flat face. An amazing build and as always......amazing content from Larry Chen. Thanks guys!

I am absolutely in love with this build! So completely mad, but wonderfully creative, clever and functional too. And building that from basically scratch in 5 weeks is nuts! Huge respect to this guy and his team.... And I hope we get to see this again once the Hayabusa engine goes in... That really will be absolutely amazing to see! Cheers for sharing Larry!

Great looking lil' truck . There is so much scope of customisation that can be done with such a small type of truck or even a Kei van. If you can imagine it , it can become reality. Endless possibilities, Bike engined EV powered ect.

Other than hoonigan, Josh Mazerolle's stomper k truck was supposed to be in a competition with a Corvette powered widebody verson that never got any airtime. But it was legit as wide as a Corvette with the motor in the middle. Had potential.

it's so weird to see yet it's so fun at same time, because my hometown Keelung in Taiwan, there is a fish market open in the late night, they got a lot of this little cute truck, and they use this to deliver fish and bunch of it around the city, they really driving shit out of it and never break down, but it's really easy to trap inside of it if having a traffic accident, so if you want a cage in there make sure it's stronger like overkill level.

How light is the battery? The home made one I run in my 1.6 litre and smaller cars is 1.3kg only. I run double that (2.6kg) in 2.0 and bigger and I use a 5.2kg pack for our 8.3 litre Cummins diesel in the boat. Respectively the CCA ratings (tested) are 325CCA, 650CCA, 1300CCA. LiFePO4 of course. Headway 38120HP cells :-) I have a Daihatsu Midget II that I have tracked, it was hilarious but BADLY needed an LSD since it kept lifting the inside rear and limiting how much of the 31hp I could lay down, ha ha, the high CG relative to track width was never an issue due to that. Awesome fun anyway, though.

One of our Elder sales managers at the dealership picked up the Honda version about 10 years ago . A guy in a nearby City started importing them. He ended up selling it to the dealership, and that's where it remains to this day. Since then a friend has added one to his collection of Honda's.. I can tell you one thing, you'd never get me in that damn thing on the street. No way. Not in this town. The toes on my right foot are about 6 inches away from the outer face of the bumper. Just about any hard impact is likely to put you on wheels full-time
