► If you are new to this type of audio brainwave entrainment, find out how isochronic tones work and how they compare to binaural beats here: www.mindamend.c....
How it works?
The primary target frequency is 40Hz. However, if you keep listening to the same frequency consistently and too regularly, it can reduce its effectiveness. This is known as habituation. To overcome this, I have randomised the isochronic tones between random frequencies in the 39.5Hz to 40.5Hz range.
Headphones?
Headphones are not required for this particular session. But, if you can use headphones, I always recommend it. Using headphones helps to block out any peripheral sound in the room, and I personally find the entrainment experience to be more powerful when using them.

Hi Jason. I was wondering if you could add the timestamps of the frequency progression in your description as you have for your other tracks. Thank you! :)
@MindAmend

@@michellel9568 Hi Michelle, there isn't really a frequency progression on this one like there is on many of my other videos. This one is all about being continuously random within a small range. In the description I've mentioned that I've randomized the frequencies between 39.5Hz to 40.5Hz. Just above and below the target frequency of 40Hz. It's constantanlty moving up and down within that narrow 1Hz frequency. If you check out the first 15 seconds of the video, you will see a screenshot of the frequency session with the timescale in minutes along the bottom. I set it to move to a random frequency within the 39.5-40.5Hz range every minute. I hope that helps.

@@MindAmend Yes, very helpful. My intention is to use it for a highly focused 10 minute meditation, so I wanted to ensure I time any progressions and oscillations correctly to achieve optimal results for the allotted duration. Thanks again!

you know if there is a optimal volumen sound to hear this? ty for the contribution!
@MindAmend

I generally advise that you should have it loud enough that you can clearly hear it but not so loud that it becomes distracting or irritating to listen to.

is the track broken? I' was expecting some house music, but got a steady tone which sounds like when you touch the Aux input with your hand and get the sound of your body's electricity... Innovative, but thinking it's not what you intended!?
@pawtivation
@pawtivation 2 месяца назад
It's the pure isochronic, not broken, give it a chance
@MindAmend
@MindAmend 2 месяца назад
Every music track I post contains these isochronic tones embedded in the track/mix. That’s what all the frequency info is about at the beginning of every video and in my video descriptions. The isochronic tones are the key part of the track which helps you to focus, and what makes it different to listening to standard music tracks. I also add small amplitude vibrations to the music which sync with the frequency of the isochronic tones. These tones create what’s called a brainwave entrainment effect. If you want to know more and discover how it all works, I have an in depth article on my website: www.mindamend.com/brainwave-entrainment/isochronic-tones/. I’ve been making tracks with these tones for 18 years now.

Does it make a difference if I listen to it in 1.5x or 2x playback speed?
@MindAmend
@MindAmend Месяц назад
I wouldn't recommend changing the speed of the video as that changes the frequency of the isochronic tones. For the audio to have the indended effect it should always be played on normal speed.
@sashrafi90
@sashrafi90 Месяц назад
How loud does it need to be? Or how low can it be and still gain a benefit? Thx
@MindAmend
@MindAmend Месяц назад
You need to be able to hear it properly for it to be effective. In a quiet environment you could have the volume very low. However, you will probably need to have the volume louder when the ambient noise levels around you are higher.

I can hear it perfectly fine from my laptop, and I'm using old wired apple headphones. I could even turn it up louder if I wanted to but then it'd be uncomfortably loud. I would recommend checking the audio settings on your device.
