It's been a year now that I've been doing this workout and my body completly changed. I lost weight and I'm more shaped than I used to be, thank you boys love you for that! oh by the way I'm 58!!!!!!!!!!

Omg, I had to take a 2 minute breather at minute 21. And then I started up where I left off and I am drenched!! This is my first week back to excercising. I was 320 on Sunday, amd now 5 days later I am 312. I am walking everyday from 1hr to 1hr and a half at the park. And now I am going to include your videos in my evening workouts. Thank you for making this video! It was really a good pace to follow❤😁😁

About 2 weeks ago I stumbled one of your video. At that time even though I am interested but I kept on saying to myself I got no time. But about a week ago I told to myself F**k it, lets just do it. I work from home atm so I just sacrifice my lunch time to do your 30 mins or 40 mins exercise. Coz i sacrifice my lunchtime I gotta improvise my lunch. Samyang ramyun was replaced with boiled eggs/canned tuna and fruits (the quickest to make). 1st day when i start, I literally died. I was so unfit and whole body was sore. Fast forward a week I can see improvement even though still unfit. Let's hope I can turn this habit into permament lifestyle. 🤞🤞🤞 Thank you for the useful and great video! Love it!

Hi there, this is Sonia from Ireland, just discovered your video...I keep up with you the entire time 40 minutes ...was not easy :)...( I m a heavy person( 90 kg ), for the last year I have so much weight gain...not eating crazy, just probably eating the wrong food and wrong times....knowing this, trying too improve myself..not easy with my schedule...I know excuses...but we all have some:) , being 24 h single mum , college, working nights...and the home work...trying to keep up with everything...still I m positive...I practice Shotokan as a child(13)and started last year again (39)...just because of my weight gain...finding myself with less speed in my exercises)...find your video very helpul, I could feel my body...all my muscles were active :)...little intimidating ...I will recommend t shirts :) but most of the ladies here will probably kill me :) for saying this....anyway good luck ...and thank you.

Я это сделала! Сначала казалось легко, нотах о обманчиво. Не знаю как для продвинутых, но для начинающих отличное кардио! Много работы верхним поясом. Если у вас ноги устали и перетрудились и нужно сделать кардио, это хорошо подойдёт. Спасибо
When Mark said to not think about anything I took that literally 😂 i accidentally cut my foot during the workout and I didn't notice until the end lol 😂😂😂
I used to do this one with the 30 min sweat but now I just do the tabata workouts and switch them every 3-4 weeks these are fun to do when you have more time like on the weekend 👍
After trying out this workout, I have become a great fan. I’ve tried your other workouts, this one is my favorite. By the way, I am 65 years old and I am able to keep up with you all. Thanks for making your workouts senior friendly.

So, I thought this one was ok. I am a 55 year old male with severe osteoporosis. I fractured my L1 last year. The workout didn't really get my heart rate up. The most challenging were the High plank and Dead bug. Still love you guys!
