Taking on a massive comfort food challenge at 11:11 Burgers & Beignets in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin! Challengers have 45 minutes to finish a quadruple stacked 40oz cheeseburger, 8 beignets, cup of mac n' cheese, a large basket of fries, and a 20oz milkshake in order to win a $25 gift card, groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on the Wall of Fame! Hahaha that's what I was thinking too! I would of drink the whole bottle of ketchup with all that food. I would like to try the food, but not the challenge style, maybe perhaps the same side of burger but other than that less of everything. lol

An especially fine victory over a deceptively tough challenge! Well Done Katina! And good strategy starting with the fries. You're right. Cold Fries are the WORST!! And I'm surprised you forgot to put your hair back for this challenge like you normally do. I guess you were so caught up on strategy that you overlooked it! Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans are known for the best beignets, but those did look good. I think you held back on the Ketchup due to the enormous amount of food. If not for that them fries would be drowning in ketchup. Great job for the win!!!

goodness girl. tried a food challenge in centralia one year. almost made it but a bar fight interrupted me and my buddies. it was at the ranch on tower street. oh the fun we had trying to see who would finish first . good to see someone representing WA

The French in Louisiana can be sprinkled all the way up the east coast as the French were 'expelled' from Acadia (Nova Scotia) and dropped down south way, way back and many of them traveled up the coast to return to Nova Scotia. Many stopped at all points along the way and decided to stay.
