In a previous video I mentioned that I hadn't tried the NOE 412-220-SWC in the .41 Magnum Ruger Redhawk Hunter. It turns out that I had - during the initial range time with the revolver!
I found this old footage from May 18, 2023. The poor camera angle that doesn't show the steel plate that I was shooting at is the reason this video wasn't originally used.

Yes, Enforcer over the NOE clone of the H&G 258 is excellent.
