I am catching up on videos, been back home for Celebration of Life and a funeral. I too suffer from depression and chronic pain, and because you cannot physically show people what it does to you most do not understand the suffering it causes. I am thankful for the junk journal world because it has help me find a purpose and some days when the depression is bad, and all want to do is stay in bed having this family in junk journal circle gives me a reason to get up and do something. I not been able to work, and I am single so have to find a way to make some extra money and maybe even support me, God open this amazing world of junk journal and found a business I can build and by God's grace support me. You are a true inspiration and so blessed I found your challenge and has help me grow in my skills and niche of the junk journal world. Thank you and God bless you and your amazing talent and personality. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

It’s good to see you! Im glad you took time away when you needed it. Been thinking about you and hoping you were ok 💜 The pollen and whatnot over here in OK is wild! Makes you feel like you almost have a cold, but don’t. And when you mentioned working in your flower beds and then couldn’t move, reminded me of yesterday when I mowed the yard and was so over heated I couldn’t talk, barely could move and my legs were sore. I had to cool off quickly, sat with ice packs, drank Gatorade and did nothing the rest of the day. But I did craft a bit. Sometimes that’s all we can do 💜

So glad to see you here today. I was watching and waiting and then worried maybe you were having a tough time. I understand depression. I retired April 30th. Worked all my life, and within a week of retiring, fell and hit my head and suffered a light concussion and then a week ago, slipped on a rug at the front door and fell again. I have suffered for a week now with depression wondering if I made the right decision to retire. Well, I am finally coming out of that place I was in emotionally, and walking in the mornings has helped me so much and gave me energy and that is my time to pray. Retiring was the best decision. Continued prayers for you and your health.

Glad to hear your voice! You sounded sleepy at first… like when my kids were woken up with their hair stand up and sleepy faces🥰 The only cruise I would consider is an Alaska cruise! Have you ever seen the CDC’s caution for cruises?!! No thank you! I love my people, but don’t enjoy the thought of being thrown together with a bunch of people I don’t know? Doesn’t sound like fun. Playing in the soil is good for me too… it’s something I used to do a lot of, less and less unfortunately. Sometimes we just need to use our energy on something that lifts our mood and makes us feel good! 👏👏❤

I was married to the sweetest man alive also ..he suddenly started feeling bad and retaining lots of fluid ..turns out he was having liver failure from liver cancer and my sweet man passed away May 14 at 7:44 am ..I’m in shock and so very sad I’ve always struggle with depression myself but now I’m so sad my man lost his life ..and I’m so thankful he dosent know he left me , he would never do that to me he was just a sweet heart of a man for near 40 yrs ..how sad I am this day … lord help me to get thru this sadness to the bone 💔💔💔

Bless your heart ! I lost my husband nearly 14 years ago. I have battled with depression and anxiety since my teens. I'm now 67. It's hard ,especially the first years after the death of your spouse. I still have hard times ,especially on holidays, birthdays ,their Angelversarry. Hugs to you ! ❤
