A well loved and well built home, full of character and warmth. Not what you see in most homes today, rushed to get up for a fast sell. I walk past it everyday. So glad to see it inside finally.
I agree! I love the detailed craftsmanship of these classic homes but not with contemporary furnishings. Especially flat screen tv's above the magnificent fireplace mantels. It seems pretty common in these videos.
The bathrooms and kitchen definitely need to be updated and I’d love a pool. Other that than those three expensive details the house is gorgeous. You can tell it’s been beautifully maintained.
What's wrong with the kitchen? It doesn't look like new, but it looks in tune with the rest of the house. Everything is made with great tastes. Bravo to the people who lived there.

Superb location in Forest Hill, close to top-notch public & high schools -- as well as Upper Canada College. An executive with children would find this perfect.
For the most part we have too many homes of which we call “MacMansions” big homes that look like each other but with little or no character. Some of the newer British homes are more beautiful
