I ask for healing from a 10 year heroin addiction and self abusing habits and I ask to release what no longer serves me and is not for my highest good. I have learned the lessons and trials I needed from them and now I am ready to move on.

Been struggling with depression, social isolation, loneliness and fear for years but only within the last couple of years realized the extent of the negative impact on my brain and my health being isolated from others has caused. I don't have insurance and I find motivating myself to make the changes necessary to save my life is just not working. While looking for help, affirmation anything to help me help myself, I saw the different frequency music channels and after a particularly sleepless night decided to try this. I can't say I slept for very long and my blood pressure is still too high evidenced by my swollen andkles/pulmonary edema but it is something and the music is nice. The comments have moved me to tears and reminded of me how beautiful and kind people can be and that I must break this cycle of illness, the thought patterns imprisoning me and walk amongst you in the sunlight and live this amazing gift of life I've been given that those who passed before me who were successful, wealthy, influential could not get back despite their power and prestige.... I have it and cannot discount the greatness of the gift any longer. Thank you for inspiring me.

I am someone who suffers from a toxic family, being a genuine empath, not being understood by anyone else around me. It suck but along my healing journey I chose to dive into studying psychology in the subconscious mind, and a bunch of other things. I never thought I would… so I’m still healing but I’m actually someone that loves understanding people and talking to people when they’re sad… And I defiantly understand how hard it is to try and reach out when you feel like there’s nobody left that cares…. I care .. I care about everyone that’s trying to cope it sucks and so many people say there by your side and I hope other people getting a better outcome on that situation then I did… but if anybody even needs to talk to someone who will just listen and hear them…. I will. It don’t matter how much pain I endure the best feeling I the world to me is genuinely helping someone in need. Sometimes that’s all they need is someone who ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDS and will let them speak and show them that not a people are bad . Am I the only person like this??

I was in a relationship and it just ended 3 days ago. I’m hurting because I loved him with all of my being. I literally did everything to make him happy and it was never enough. I stood by him through many trials and tribulations in his life. I never passed judgment on him or his family. I wanted to heal him from his sickness and be his strength when he was weak. Give me strength to heal my heart.

I thought my bunny was gonna die so I played this music to comfort her. She could barely walk but she walked towards this sound and layed on top of the phone. She is doing so much better now. I love her so much she turns 13 this year . I don’t wanna lose her but I’m thankful that heaven sent her to me and that she has accompanied me all these years.

I’m a construction worker and extremely scared of heights. After a few nights of falling asleep to this i completely forgot about all that could go wrong while working at such heights. Couldn't sleep because of all the worries I'm having. Feeling guilty for not spending enough time with family and friends being afraid of one day being alone and losing those who mean everything to me scared of missing out but also of achieving almost graduating and the build up of finding a job cause moms got a new job and only works 10 hours a week dads to sick to work and my brother isint getting a new contract so hes let go too. 2023 has been a tough year for me due to getting unexpected unknown health issues. I am claiming that 2024 will be my year of recovering, abundance, happiness and peace.

I am going through so much and I feel so alone and so empty. The person that brought me the most joy and happiness and fulfilled my life is now gone and he brought me here. He loved this music and he was much greater than I am, and I am feeling weak and sad but I’m listening because I know this helped him.
