The landmark is wobbling on high.

you can check if the screws on the blade brackets attached both on the motor housing and the blades are tightened and check the blade are the same distance from the ceiling to the blade.If it still wobbles,use a blade balancing kit.

That poor light bulb & the shade is gone.

There’s a ceiling fan sold on Argos that looks identical to this one, except they renamed the model to “home Boston” and it has clearer light shades. I’m planning to get one for my bedroom, but it’s sold for £80.00 which is quite expensive in my opinion.

I’m glad the noise is fixed and I know what happened to won of the CFL bulb

Replace the Hunter Oakhurst in your guest house with a Hampton Bay Rockport 52" White

this is just called landmark plus because it is in 2003.

Get new shades for this Fan.

You should flip the blades to the white side because it looks better in my opinion.

I would replace this with a Hunter Stratford II 44", if you can find one.

Your guest house landmarks are younger triplets and your dads tv room fan is the older brother 😂
