424 - Polishing Tips 

i only play with lightweight teams. so you dont need any polish-just use an old cotton pitch to rub the players on before the game. then you can still bend the players around other players by flicking in a certain way. so can slide straight as well as bend around players

i’m on poor man’s polish to anything else is a con can’t make that much difference

never use flats only heavyweights and lightweights subbuteo brand only pokes man polish does work well for them though

Don't use polish just rub the bases on the pitch
