I started taking my daughter to a woman who does soundbaths locally when she was about your son's age. This video is nice, but nothing compared to the awesome power these vibrational sounds have in person when you are surrounded by hundreds of bowls. Ann Martin works out of Denver, CO and only charges like 70 bucks an hour for 1on1 sessions. Powerful stuff.

I’ve been meditating for over 2 years now because I’ve always loved the feeling it gives me. I’ve meditated to happy music, sad music, no music, and many other types of things. But I heard one of these singing bowls about 3 weeks ago and I can not get enough of them. I’m not saying it’s because of the vibrations, but my skin has cleared up almost completely from the acne I’ve had on my chin almost all year. It started clearing when I started routinely listening to these vibrations. I’m very thankful I found this video because it’s purely vibrations and not a bunch of music and bird sounds and stuff so, thank you.

@@harliemccarthy5485 I had lost my mom in Apr of 2019, I was a absolute emotional train wreck, It just felt like Nothing was ever going to go right for me, Now all my life I knew I was a Empath, other people's emotions would really affect me, I was a beacon for the elderly, children and animals, especially cats, I have a super tight bond with all thing "Feline". They help ground me and their energy calms me. My better half and I were arguing constantly so I went to get some slice from my 3 Simese, 2 girls and my male "Gabbi" who since I got him, never actually allowed me to pet or hold him much, I chalked his attitude up to being mistreated by the woman I actually got him from, she did not treat him gently when I picked him up at 8 weeks old. Well this day I went to get some love from my girls, and when "Gabbi" and "Dagmar" they both started hissing at me, given my history with cats this was NOT the norm. But it told me I DID Have a negative attachment, that salt and Sage did not get rid of. I did some research online and came across Tibetan Singing Bowls and what they could do, something told that this was my answer, I'm pretty sure it was my Mom helping me, I went to RU-vid and looked up "Tibetan Singing Bowls to get rid of Negativity from Home and Body." Soon as I heard the sounds from video, I actually felt a literal "Release" The relief I felt was "ASTOUNDING". I had never felt anything like it before or since, I had ordered a Chakra bracelet along with a black tourmaline one which I actually received that day. All the negative emotional and mental chatter I was feeling IS gone, also my male Siamese now chases me through the house to be petted and loved on.. The Tibetan Bowls and Binaural Beats made a beleiver out of me!

I rarely listen long to singing bowls because for some reason, the sounds tend to make me very dizzy and nauseous after a few minutes but this video did not do that to me so I was able to listen all the way through! Very beautiful! And a magically aesthetic video once again!

Healing Vibrations I slept sooooo well, a full 10 hours. I’m so grateful 🙏🏽I’m a terrible sleeper I can wake up anything between 5 and 20 times a night. 😕 I’ve tried so many different types of meditation/medication and nothing has worked, but there is something amazing about what you do and how you do it. It certainly works for me. Thank you 🙏🏽 🌟 Would you be ok with me making a poster from this? Sound helps to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by using entrainment. Entrainment synchronizes our fluctuating brainwaves by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can attune to. By using rhythm and frequency, we can entrain our brainwaves and it then becomes possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur). I’ve never experienced a singing bowl sound bath before! What’s really unexpected is that listening to it increases my heart rate especially at the swells of the notes. Is that just me? Very interesting and cool experience

I have four exceedingly affectionate Devon Rex cats. When I sit or lay down, they each want to be positioned with their noses up at my face, staring into my eyes, probably trying to will me to pet him or her instead of the others. This happens multiple times a day. While I love them, it is SUPER inconvenient, because they make it almost impossible for me to read, use my laptop, or even watch tv. They are quite obsessively possessive! This evening I was trying to use my laptop, but of course they were all pressed up to my face, blocking my arms and my line of sight, and laying on the keypad making my laptop do bizarre things. I managed to put this soundtrack on, and about ten minutes later, I suddenly realized that they had all moved down a foot or so, and were curled up together sleeping. This is just not something they do! So thank you for conking my cats out!
