Looking back on Her merching....while in the RF She wanted to sell under the Sussex title everything from pencils, keychains, etc. A merching idea was set. While in California, Harry started wearing a ball cap with the Archewell symbol on it. Why didn't that ever become step 1 in selling the Archewell Brand?? Americans love their ball caps & H&M were still liked back then..... Step 2, expand to those pencils, keychains etc . Get a feel for this business. Step 3 add in jams etc under the established 'Archewell Brand' Why did She jump to the empty shelf promotion of the grandiose ARO, when she could have already had sales under Archewell??? She never follows through, just keeps New ideas up in the air....
