I finally have my dream shiny. I am speechless and can't believe that it appeared after only 2 phases! I was totally expecting this to go on for at least 5 phases.
I plan to hunt for Absol in 4th, 5th, and 7th gen soon (already have it in 6th), and I am currently working on a new gauntlet that I should hopefully finish sometime in the next couple of weeks.

oww this is so amazing. 3 days ago i was playing pokemon crystal on the virtual console version and while training before the E4, i got a shinby quagsire. i was soo excited, i got scared it might run away so i used my masterball on it. lmao. “i did five boxes and gave up” is honestly my first experience with shiny hunting too. i tried to masuda method a shiny chimchar in Y and gave up in 2014. this year i got my first masuda shiny and kinda went bonkers with shiny hunting.

I wish I was able to get a Gen 3/4/5 Shiny Flareon but this dream of mine wont come true.... ;-; I got to a chain of 35 on the radar and then accidentally broke the chain...... ;-;
