I remember before this debate many have stated Avalon Gardens and Avalon was not connected. You’re right plenty of people are “admitted gang members”, but keep in mind there’s graffiti on the walls, tattoos, and victims that will tell. They have cops designated for gangs so they’ll figure it out by dress style, colors, hang out spots, and when you get caught with that pistol. It ain’t hard to figure it out.
