N330AU is Orbis' 3rd generation of flying hospital.
The aircraft was originally built in 1973 for Trans International Airlines (TransAmerica Airlines | N101TV) and in 1984 it was taken over by FedEx (N301FE)
In 2010 the aircraft was withdrawn from use and stored in Victorville.
In 2010 the aircraft was donated to Orbis by FedEx.
It is the 96th DC-10 ever built, aged 44 years old.
