Hi Tim, you said that this class may be hard for beginners and intermediates, and you were right. I still did it! I was out of breath, out of legs, it killed me ( in a good way ), but I still did it. This is definitely a comebacker video! Thanx!

The long sequences was interesting and challenging. I liked the intro to the breathing practice at the end. The use of visualization and something to focus on at the beginning of the session is also helpful. Loved the sound of the ocean and birds throughout. So thank you for having a picnic table workout in such a nice setting!

Tim, honestly, today is the first day Ive ever done side crow. I think I’ve had a mental block but I may have gotten past it today, I really loved this class. Building confidence. Thank you.

I enjoyed the increased challenge in this video. I like that you invite people to go into headstand and arm balances. I haven’t mastered twisted crow yet, so I just did regular crow, not a master at regular crow yet either, but I like the opportunity to be able to practice it. Always love the breathing exercises at the end.

Thanks a lot, Tim. I very much enjoy your slightly longer classes (45 min) like this one (which I already did a second time). It helps to even more come into this state of flow, instead of just having an "exercise". And, in addition to the length, this flow is nicely balanced with some balancing positions to go inward and focus, some strength related movements, as well as some stretching oriented positions, or even innovative, new ways of performing positions. And, of course, as always, so nicely moderated from you, in a very pleasant and relaxed manner (as opposed to pushy and performance-driven). Many thanks !

I was so frustrated with myself and had to humbly stop. I usually practice daily but while traveling overseas ended up with a virus. Not COVID because we had to test negative to reenter the US. And I have gotten tested here several times since we returned and all negative. So I have been sick for 3 weeks and no daily practice. Got halfway through and had to stop because I could not breathe. My mantra is that every time I practice I learn something. Well I had to reel it back in today and go drink more Emergen-C and rest. Will try again tomorrow with something a bit easier. My goal is to get back to where I was before but not rush it. Namaste.

I almost didn’t take this class because I was worried about the “Advanced” title. However, I’m so happy I tried it. It was a perfectly balanced workout, just enough challenge to make it interesting. My first attempt was pretty good, second try was much better. Enjoyed all the variety and it felt great. Glad to be part of the Conscious Movement where more of these classes are available. Thank you Tim!🙏🏼
