im lithuanian and polish and I grew up with russian in my house, so im not the best at understand, worse at speaking. this challenged me but has taught me a lot
I think it's not so hard if you know the vocabulary, because their speech is clear and slow. Main problems arise when people talk quickly and use unusual combinations of words. For example, I understood almost everything without any problems in this video but despite the fact that I've been studying Russian for 5 years I have still problems when talking with people in real life
Hey, guys, it's simple to introduce. The speech in this video is for economist and very difficult for mind even me (i'm advanced russian). My English is wrong a little, I suppose you understand me.
@@der__forschera3589 Нет, не украинский акцент у него. Видно, что американец, ибо как-то слишком по-американски произносит окончания слов.)) И да, я если что, носитель
I think he's a foreigner who speaks Russian because if your parents talk to you in their native tongue you will have no accent, of course if you practice the language from childhood
Hey, I know a few words and I know the alphabet like the back of my hand but I just can not seem to comprehend listening, as I do not know enough. Any tips how to learn Russian slightly quicker than what I am doing now ? It maybe that I need to learn vocabulary more, but than if I write down the word, I forget. Also, the strange Russian grammar is very difficult. A video on Grammar when speaking and writing may help ?
I just arrived from Russia after studying for one year , and i have to say its pretty difficult to understand almost 80% is understandable , my advice learn alot of verbs and words , there's a list of 500 most used verbs that puts you on a very good level after studying them by heart.
Practice makes perfect. In my opinion the best formula is : 20% learning new words 40% listening (like this video, and other radio, movies, songs, or whatever you are most interested in) 40% communication with a Russian friend (for this one I used HelloTalk)
Я учу английский, и решил посмотреть как учат иностранцы русский. И теперь представляю как я выгляжу для них нелепо, когда учу обычные вещи которые они знают с детства :)
