Beautiful house but i am confused why two sinks in the kitchen so close to each other??? AGAIN, LOVE that you put the office in loft. WHY are there two bathrooms but no ensuite???

I don’t care for this floor plan and some of the designs. The bunk room Has a very poor use of space and who’s going to make those beds? The 2 bedrooms share the smallest bathroom while a big luxurious bathroom the soaking tub is not near any bedroom. Same bathroom has an enclosed plant room for what reason and how does one keep the plants healthy and floor cleaned? Both this bathroom and the laundry room are too large for their purposes. LR, kitchen & dining area are perfect but why 2 sinks in the kitchen at the expense of prep space? The loft is fine and a Murphy bed instead of bookcases would serve us better.

I agree with all your comments! The oversized bath (with a freestanding tub that is unsuitable for a shower) is way too far from the bedrooms. Maintaining the plant room would be an unnecessary chore. The bunk room looks cute but making the beds would be awkward. The second kitchen sink uses needed counter space. I suppose that the large laundry room could add some pantry cabinets. We've seen better plans.
