Nice, but I wonder where on the field this was taken. I've been at Dulles for shooting, and while there are some good spots, none of them are this good.
Fantastic video once again , good array of aircraft types, various locations, and very well edited, faultless and the BA A380 taking off into the sunset at the end, wonderful
Absolutely incredible spotting at IAD!!! Thank you for letting us come along to watch! IAD is a great airport! Thank you again and all the best from the west coast of Florida USA!!!
The footage of the aircraft landings that begins around the thirty minute mark, and the length of time for the nosewheel to make contact with the pavement... it's like the airplane is saying, "No! I don't want to land! I don't like the ground! I want to fly! No! Stop it!"
Actually, that's how it should be. I remember when I was first learning to land, you slam that gear on a check ride with my DPE, you failed. Even when I started flying Jets, it became even more important as the jets were heavier and you could damage to multi-million dollar plane. We actually had one where the nose gear collapsed.
Just gonna day that when I saw the pre 2013 American Airlines tail go by I thought I was watching a video that was way older :), also that noise in the first 10 minutes did not wanna go away
I LOVE jets planes but I also love how YOU know that big planes are indeed JET planes! It's really annoying when I say to someone "I flew in a jet on my trip to vacation" and they reply "No you didn't, silly. Jets are only flown by the military." I get that all the time and it drives me CRAZY!! Or maybe I should say, "it flies me crazy!" Get it?
