I notice how major events of men's doubles from 2006-2016 were dominated by either Fu Hai Feng (with Cai Yun and Zhang Nan) or Hendra Setiawan (with Kido and Ahsan). 2006 Asian Games : Koo/Tan 2006 WC : Cai/Fu 2007 WC : Setiawan/Kido 2008 OG : Setiawan/Kido 2009 WC : Cai/Fu 2010 AG : Setiawan/Kido 2010 WC : Cai/Fu 2011 WC : Cai/Fu 2012 OG : Cai/Fu 2013 WC : Setiawan/Ahsan 2014 AG : Setiawan/Ahsan 2014 WC : Ko/Shin 2015 WC : Setiawan/Ahsan 2016 OG : Fu/Zhang All events were won by them except AG 2006 and WC 2014. Even Setiawan/Ahsan still won WC in 2019. Kinda miss the good old days.

But thailand already has 3 titles in women's singles, mixed doubles and men's singles, better than malaysia, which is a country that has a tradition in badminton but only got 1 title.
