This is the episode where Anna proposes to Matthew and he accepts after Donald unsuccessfully attempts to bribe him in leaving his daughter, which in turn prompts him to make a devastating phone call in retribution. This also happens after Anna confesses to Matthew how she was authorized by Donald to corporate in bringing down King & Sons until she chose her relationship with Matthew over her loyalty to her own father.
This episode features Michael Jayston as Donald de Souza. The number before each episode indicates the order to watch them to follow Donald's storyline. These may not include every episode that featured his character.
