I love the fishing one. I've known about it since before...I don't know what update, but it's one I always enjoy abusing. Also worth noting; the item comes from the location of the bobber. If you reel in when the bobber is behind a block, your item just appears underwater and floats up like dropped loot. It's surreal to see a raw cod or raw salmon float up from underwater.

@@ZombieSler123 True, I started thinking about what would and wouldn't sink, since the player sinks readily, then started thinking about establishing how much the player weighs and realized I was asking an impossible question given how many gold blocks Steve can carry. I guess the only way to establish it's viscosity is to compare it's flow rate to water, which varies between dimensions: lava in the nether flows as quickly as water in the overworld, so I guess the obsidian boat would still sink?

Yeah, but since Skip says that you can oxidize or scrape off wax from copper, it's only natural to assume that we're talking about the latest version, right? Personally, I consider it a tool because it is a non-placeable object with a use, such as mining or tilling dirt, so a sword is technically a tool since it is not placeable and makes your attack damage go up. Besides, it's not like he's saying "every tool in Minecraft HAD a use," RIGHT???

Just realized that studded armor could be useful now. Since leather armor now has the extra function of keeping players from freezing and allowing them to stand on powdered snow, studded armor could do the same but give higher defense/armor points. Basically, it's an upgrade.

I didn't know 16/47 Facts. But a lot of them were Education mode or Bedrock edition and I don't even play these so I don't really have any way of knowing them anyway lol. Maybe make some videos for ONLY Java or ONLY Bedrock so some people won't get bored knowing that when you show the Education mode they won't have to listen it knowing they will never use it. I actually knew all of these surprisingly! The "dog" disc one hit me like a truck because I played the 360 legacy version before any other version (My dad bought the game for me right when it was released) and I played it so often. "cat" became my favourite disc and I always thought the extension was just part of the song, but later when I moved to Bedrock on Windows, I never knew why they "cut the song in half", until 2 years ago when I learned they were just two very similar songs in one exclusive to the legacy versions! Its unfortunate I can't edit audio files in Bedrock, I would've replaced cat with both cat and dog. I also played around with the education edition feature in Bedrock for a while.

On the enchanted recovery compass one, I don't know why you would carry one around for no particular reason, since it would probably still be lost on death, so it's better to keep it at your base.

Kelp can grow on trapdoors as well, made a farm like that. Still no mention of the underwater minecart over lava cauldrons death ride. Magma block is also a portable oxygen tank for underwater excursions.

@@gerardmatthieu907 you can come across golden tools in the chest of a ruined portal way before ever making an enchantment table or anvil. Sometimes it gets you pretty early access to an enchantment too such as looting or silk touch. A golden pickaxe with silk touch was once my main method of picking up my ender chest.

When i heard about the first one: in snapshot 1.20 u can use shields to block explosions and get knockback so 30 tnt minecart with unbreaking 3 shield makes you launch up 1000 blocks meaning no firework rockets

Most, if not all of those education edition items are also on bedrock edition, just turn on cheats on your world then while either on the edit world or create world screen(you can’t do it while you are in the world) turn on the “education edition” toggle(to get the cameras you have to use an inventory editor).

I've known of the 'renaming a stack' using an anvil since that became possible in Minecraft Pocket edition. Granted, at that time there was a bug that involved renaming items as well.

For anybody wondering about the ice bomb, not sure about bedrock and java but in PE there's a setting to turn on education edition features, unfortunately you can't code but the chemistry features and special blocks are still useable! Edit: I have been informed bedrock and PE are the same and this does not work in java.

The alt use for a pickaxe could be that when you hold it own on an ore block, you'll get the ore alone, and you'll leave the block there(say if it was iron ore block, youll take the ore away and leave the stone block) but youll get more, but it'll take 2x longer

It won't damage the player( since its coded to return to player, but since you filled the inventory slot with items, the trident is still stuck outside) So, you don't have to worry about taking damage
