Well done Nick. It's a clean machine. While other RU-vid ham channels are arguing about whether or not they can use their Chinese HT's with quite illegal levels of harmonics, radiating all over other bands, you are designing and building extremely clean gear simply because that's how it's supposed to be done and it's something to be proud of, a very different and much better attitude for the ham radio hobby.
Thank you very much Martin. Yes, it's not too bad is it? I find if I can get the modulator working well (and not leaking carrier into my signal path!) then that's half the battle. It's then really just being careful not to overdrive your amplifiers. I'd rather have more amps with less gain if it means a cleaner signal. Thanks again. 73, Nick

Thanks Mike! I'm still not completely decided on power output yet. I think I'm going for about 15-20W but with the ability to notch it down for QRP use. It all depends what transistor I settle on. Too much choice! Happy Christmas. 73, Nick
