Thanks for the videos. One understanding of the existence of multiple Christian denominations: Christ's Love is visible at least in small amounts in all of them. That is why people get attracted to them. But as a natural flow of the soul, one should run behind the Bridegroom's Sweet Scent of Love. This is a natural flow of the soul. But it is often hindered by pride and material benefits. Then the soul starts to lose its charm and becomes stubborn by desiring material wealth and human praise rather than God Himself. So he starts to journey away from God. A humble soul accepts his unworthiness and humbles himself. He starts to enjoy the Love of God and because of his acceptance of his wretchedness, his soul starts to chase His Lover as seen in the Song Of Songs. In all Christian denominations or if we say widely, in all organisations or religions, which do not deny God, this Love is visible. But becoming blocked or stagnant instead of chasing this Fragrance of Love is a grave mistake as it is not a stagnant state, but a reverse travelling by denying His constant Love. Thus that proud soul becomes “RICH” without God”. and Christ says : “Indeed, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of heaven”. A humble soul recognises His Voice and tests all possible means (visibly switching ideas and organisations and denominations) to follow the Constant Calling of the Father through Our Lord Jesus Christ. SO pride (or unrepentance) is the gulf between Lazarus and the richman. So it is justifiable for anyone to join any organisations for good intentions; but should follow the natural flow of the soul. This takes us to the Church which is too near to God. Another major hindrance to this natural flow of the soul is self-pity which basically originates from pride . Instead of receiving healing from His Wounds, one tries to get something from one’s own wounds and then becomes uglier than being healed. So the root cause of hindrance to accepting the flow of God’s Love is PRIDE. That is why Orthodox Churches give more importance to ‘humility before God’. That is why we have many prostrations between our prayers in which, body together with soul makes the sign of humility.
