After 5-10 unlucky pulls you should stop and try later after closing your game for a while. This game is really bugged and is not "random" as it should be, but is already scripted/has patterns. You should try later when you have more "luck". Is funny how I got most of heroes from single "random" pulls using coins , compared to 10/30 pulls in row using diamonds. I try max 5 pulls , if is unlucky I wait for some time. Good luck for next pulls :)
