We were able to get 2 completely different patterns laid out (one short [35ft], one long [48ft]) to compare the reaction of the higher end, asymmetric Brunswick and Hammer bowling balls, plus the trusty Hammer AXE. To keep these videos on the shorter side, here is Part 2 on the long pattern!

Perfect timing on this video! Last week in league, I was beginning to think that I should try I tighter line over 3rd arrow rather than 2nd arrow. I'm glad you mentioned squaring your feet, as I probably would have forgotten. In fact, not squaring my feet is probably why I prefer to hook the lane for the 10 pin (as a lefty), as well as am prone to miss outside when playing straighter. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!

Interesting! It will likely feel weird when you first try it, but you'll get used to it! especially if it's effective.

I did like the way the Beyond Infinity and Hammer Effect looked, as they didn't hook as hard like the Theorem and the Perfect Mindset. The Hammer Effect seemed more forgiving.

Agreed! Those would have been my top 2 choices. I loved how the effect gave me a decent amount of hold 🙌

They did seem straighter compared to the short pattern. I notice this for my self a lot of times unfortunately I'm unable to slow my speed so I have to be more behind the ball then depending on core/cover combo to from there. Also, you've quickly become my 2nd favorite bowling channel only behind @brunsnick

Is your 48' pattern Shark, and what surface do you have on the Effect?

I don’t believe it is shark. I can double check though. He just said it’s 48’ and not 1:1 flat. Surface on the effect was 2000!

I did when I was at the Queens (2000 siaair) and didn't take it back up to the original shiny surface, but I really liked it with that little extra surface on both the long and the short pattern comparisons!
