I welded galvanized pipe for years at a paintball field I worked at. Like ruddy said, just hold your breath and weld it outside and you will be fine. It will make you nauseous and throw up for a while if you do breathe too much of it. Drinking milk helps
Having flashbacks of when Sammit tried to rage up the hill behind your old shop, we just know you're going to end up nearly rolling the CRV 😂😂 Make sure you wear a helmet up pikes peak dude 🤙🏼
The old saying with 90s JDM Turbo cars, they spend more time off the road then they do on the road. These and the mitsubishi RVR have been turbo swapped here in New Zealand before but its better to use the K24 engine cause of the front facing intake manifold and rear exhaust manifold. Gives a shit load more room for everything and a full sized radiator+ front mount. Trying to do it with the B18, you'd have to try get the turbo as high/top mounted as possible with piping and log/runner manifold.
man i have a 2nd gen crv with a 5 speed and now I am really regretting not looking harder and getting a rust free first gen. this thing is mint compared to my rust bucket. nice work ruddy
This is so sweet. 5 speed to?? Whaaaat kiiiid lol. Deff go to pfi and have Brent or Jamie tune it. They would love this. Could even do it on the awd dyno
Nice👌 love some crv content. Highly recommend a kswap awd rd1 crv, i love mine. Doing a boosted b20 crv like yours soon. nice seeing your come together, i think a top mount turbo gets around alot of the clearance issues you've had especially being that the hood clearance is much better than an ek etc. Chur from nz ya filthy c*nts
my buddy bought a first gen CRV same as yours, all the way down to the color. put 33 inch boggers on it and we would jump it piss drunk behind the house in the woods. Not like once or twice, like 6 deep over and over and over; talking like 20-30ft distance. We sold it running and driving 3 years ago and our buddy still daily’s it. these things are actually secret rally cars
I got an 03 5speed the last generation they made manual crvs. I also have a log manifold I got for 60$. Just need a Japanese spinny boi. I also have a tsx k24a2 all gone threw waiting and ready to swap when I blow the stock motor. Can’t wait to have all 4 wheels spinning in every gear. Plus be able to fit the family on the car with groceries
cant wait till ya go to japan my guy. They are pretty much open to foreigner to come in. You just need to meet minimum prove that you are not have cobid for 3 days so then after ya can go!
Kitty the owner of AutoLink a jdm Honda specialist accessory and service shop in Temple City California built and use to daily drive Honda CRV like that one for a couple of years.
She had the cleanest crv with all the jdm Honda oem accessories off the Honda catalog and also she lower hers on some jdm branded coil overs and a set of volk te37s. She also had the factory aero.
Rudnik you gotta slam the CRV man please dont jack it up dood it would look way cooler if it was slammed ass on the ground ! When are you going to get the HakoSun built Rudnik ?
It’s wild how ass backwards you guys do things in such a simple setup. you end up spending and stressing more when you try to cheap out. It’s just a big EK civic you’d think Trevor would know better with what they’re doing.
@@alastairdow4400 Matt mixed up kalvins there’s one in New Zealand and the other in Texas (the one ruddy was reffering to) he put the wrong insta gram tag
