SO glad Chuck is finally getting her flowers and her time to shine. She's busted her backside at her craft and has always been so transparent with everything that shes learned and experienced. You've done it again. These people and their stories that you show and tell are incredibly inspiring. I'm always happy when you delve into the backgrounds of these folks. I've seen Chuck and some of her barbecue experiences in various RU-vids over the last 4-5 years, and to now to see her success (co) owning and operating Barb's B-Q and The Texas Monthly acclaim is really something to be quite proud of. I remember seeing you on a goldees video a few years back and you made a comment about maybe opening your own BBQ place one day... I remember thinking "She should!" To then come across this video makes me so happy for you! I love that you are willing to stretch BBQ and do things that aren't normal because YOU love it... Spaghetti...Lamb... BOTH amazing items! My wife and I often smoke our tomato's with basil just to get that smoke flavor in our spaghetti Sause and everyone is always blown away! As an entrepreneur myself... Great video Ant! Sometimes when I'm watching documentaries I get turned off when the host seems they're trying to interject themselves into the video. So while I love you and your content I'm glad to see that you let Chuck do most of the talking and kept interjection to a minimum.
