The reputation of the State of Kuwait is very good in the world because it is a generous, peaceful and benevolent country, and all credit belongs to Allah Almighty
Kuwaiti was excellent host for Whites and Rich , for us the south Asian , it was hell. We were treated terribly by the people and the labour laws are non existent
Hello! Welcome to Kuwait. The center where there is some science museum is called Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem Center, NOT Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Center. I know it would be confusing because both of them have (Sheikh) in their name, but the one with the science museum is located in Sha'ab area I believe, not in Kuwait City so you will need a car to get there.
Welcome to Kuwait I enjoyed your video, thanks for sharing my country with your followers.. btw the music in the background it’s not Kuwaiti not even Arab music 😅 it’s indian ،، anyways the video is great hope to see you soon again in Kuwait there is more interesting places to visit 😍
@@kinyel1191 there is a queue at the airport where you complete the forms on arrival and pay I think 10 dollars. It’s a single entry visa. Happy travels!!!
It’s a pity you didn’t pay the 10 bucks to go up in the Kuwait Towers! I would’ve thought they would’ve allowed you to leave your camera equipment downstairs in a secure location with one of the attendants and then ride the elevator up and take some shots with your iPhone camera. I’m also amazed that who did not use a taxi! You must be in good physical shape to do all that walking on foot. Me I would’ve simply taking an Uber or taxi to get around the city. You certainly did a lot of walking! Wonderful video. It takes me back to the days when I worked in Kuwait from 2001 to 2003!
HAI BRO..thank you for shharing your nice video in Kuwait..BTW pls come and visit to city ASIA OF NYC..KL MALAYSIA..and you have more funs during your stay in Malaysia..
@@thetravelingzam yes and I also do travel content about food, if you ever stop by again let me know, and I’ll take you to the best cultural food scenes here in Kuwait 🇰🇼
Kuwaiti dinar is the most valued currency in the World, but looking at the infrastructure, development and cityscape, it doesn't even touch the standards of Dubai. Kuwait should need to be developed more. More buildings, more trees, and expansion of the city should happen in the fast phase !!
See my friend , Dubai is 35 km2 , and Kuwait is 17.818 km2 , its good that when you see kuwait you think of Dubai directly , as to its definitely on the same level when it comes to the fanciness and quality of life , yet this comparison is not logical because kuwait is a big country compares to Dubai which is a very small state in a Country called UAE .
It was great seeing Kuwait again, love that country. However really wish when these posts are made that you find out more about different things you look at. Souk Mobarakea for example is the oldest souk in the Middle East, find out why their city is so spread out. Kuwait is a very historical city one of the oldest Middle Eastern countries.
I have been to Kuwait 3 times for work. Its a little restrictive and lacks the vibrancy and friendliness of the UAE but is worth a short visit just to see the interior of the beautiful Grand Mosque
On minute 6:45 you were wondering why there is no development in this area. It’s because it’s used to be the American Embassy that’s why you see the huge cementing blocks all over

@@thetravelingzammostly people would go to a mall or other closed places because of the heat of summer building open spaces isn’t worth it since nobody will visit for half of the year
@@thetravelingzammost people prefer sport activities like football / soccer ⚽️ or Padel / tennis 🎾 .. malls indoor theme parks / cinemas / restaurants / cafes .. on weekends most locals go to chalets or farms to recharge or for elder Kuwaitis they go to Diwaniya which is like men gathering & for women it’s called Zuwara just like family & friends typical gatherings
Well done with the video! Perfect picture and sound work. Thank you sir. I wish I had known you to drive you around and take you everywhere. My family would’ve loved having you for a traditional meal. Oh well, maybe next time? Please consider. Oh, that chaos you’ve experienced at one of the fish markets, unfortunately you were there during fish auction time which attracts most people. Auction is carried out twice daily ( @06:00 and 15:00) when the fishermen come back from their trips, they work in 2 shifts. It’s pretty calm at any other time.
Mosques (Masjid) can be removed if you plan to bring the necessary infrastructural changes. But one have to build the replacement of masjid which another masjid
Hey! I stayed at Oasis Hotel. It was right in the center of the city. Here is a link: www.booking.com/hotel/kw/oasis.en.html?aid=8071472&no_rooms=1&group_adults=2
How did you move around? Is there any public transports there? Are TAXIS expensive or as cheap as in Dubai? Thanks to anyone who will help me out. Thanks for the video too, now I have a clearer idea of Kuwait before going there ❤
I’m glad you’re heading there! To be honest, as you saw in the video, I love walking long distances. Didn’t take many taxis and took the bus to and from airport. I can imagine it will be a bit pricey for taxis though
I came back from Kuwait a few days ago, had 4 days there by myself. I can see you stayed in the same hotel as me, Oasis hotel. I had the same view as well. Very affordable room prices and great location. I also walked to the towers but the day I did it it was 60-70% humidity. I much preferred the dry heat, even though the air temperature was often 45°C/113°F. I went up the towers however it was quite hazy. I went along that pier too. Definitely an interesting place to visit but it’s too hot in the summer
Hi, I'm planning trip to Kuwait early next year. I'm wondering if the Oasis hotel is a good place to stay. Is it walkable distance to all the top attractions? Also, how did you get to the hotel from the airport?
@@angelay7262 Very good for the price, excellent location and nice big rooms. Free tea, coffee and water in the rooms replenished daily. Pretty much right in the centre of Kuwait City. Everything is walkable, although I really struggled with the heat and humidity when I went in September. I took the bus to the hotel from the airport, can’t remember which one but it was cheap. Would recommend this hotel
Mostly it’s okay to fly drones but you just need to be careful about your surroundings because they are not allowed around embassies , oil companies and military bases
Really enjoyed watching this beautiful & informative vlog, welcome to Kuwait 🇰🇼💙 appreciate sharing your perspective & hope you had a beautiful time .. welcome again anytime 🌊🏙️🌴🐪
@thetravelingzam I forgot the name of the museum but it it seems that's its one of the largest in the world. Its close to kuwait opera. U have to search well before coming bro. Alot to do here
Have fun! I highly recommend the Oasis Hotel. Its right in the center and has great views! www.booking.com/hotel/kw/oasis.en.html?aid=8071472&no_rooms=1&group_adults=2
You’re more than welcome to Kuwait and I hope you enjoy your stay. As a Kuwaiti, I’d definitely recommend going to the Avenues mall or Assima mall. The architecture there is breathtaking. Shaheed park is also a must during the winter season. Hope you enjoy your stay!
@@Abdulrahman-vr9dl thank you so much. I have lots of family in Kuwait so I will be staying with them and my son & wife have also just moved to Kuwait (Salmiya) ❤️ they absolutely love the lifestyle but the heat they say has been intense this year. I am definitely visiting the avenues & thank you for sharing your recommendations. I am so happy I will finally be visiting in 5 weeks 👏
It can be pricey if you are backpacking. Not many budget options, but at the same time my nice hotel was only about $60 a night and you can find cheap local food in the market
What i liked in Kuwait that everything is Americanized, peoples favorates, shop brands, restaurants, cars. I think they are rewarding Americans for freeing their invaded country by Saddam 1991
First Pope of Arabia is actually Kuwaiti he’s name is Emanuel Al-Ghareeb .. there’re many churches in Kuwait plus the largest Coptic orthodox cathedral in the world outside Egypt .. Kuwait is a multi-faith coexisting nation 💙
