anyone who gets frequent UTIs try d-mannose powder or tablets!! it stops bacteria from sticking to your urinary tract - i used to have UTIs all the time and they would keep coming back even after getting antibiotics at the doctor, but i tried d-mannose and they finally stopped 🥲 after i finished the bottle of tablets i stopped taking it and i haven’t had once since (it’s been about 3 years now) 💖

Hello my lovelies, for a red lip for ciniza, brand maybeline matte stay lips gloss - if you put it on - blot it with tissue let it dry - I promise you it will not budge until you remove it! So you can still eat and drink out of a glass! I only use that brand for lip gloss!

When I worked in a hotel all the dirty towels were given to another professional towel/sheet cleaning company and new fresh ones were delivered by them each day. So hotel staff usually don’t clean them😊
