Man yeah, Shabbat, I stayed at Hilton Tel Aviv and even the cappuccino machine closed down on a Saturday. I joked they needed to recruit a Christian cappuccino machine for Saturdays.

The wall was built to prevent terrorists from crossing into Israeli territory from this area. Before the wall was built, many terrorists crossed into Israel through the area on which the wall is currently built. The wall does not restrict any Palestinian citizen from entering Israel as long as he does not carry a knife or a gun

would wishing for the Dome of the Rocks Destruction be considered a good wish at the Western Wall??? Depends who you are.

Food porn, yay! I have to say Tel Aviv has stunning food (and gorgeous men), seems like it's the same elsewhere in country too. Shabbat is a bit of a pain but bearable. Hilton Tel Aviv, the lifts (elevators) go into Shabbat mode, stopping on every floor so you don't have to press a button which is not allowed since electricity is a form of 'fire' (apparently). Saltwater pool at the Hilton is awesome, just sayin'.
