Step-by-step installation instructions for Good Earth Lighting's 48-in White LED 5CCT Flat Panel Ceiling Light with Brushed Nickel Aluminum Frame (FP1247-AL5-48LFC). goodearthlighting.com/48-in-a...
Thank you for sharing. I watched your video and prepared me for a lot easier installation. Surprised when I find out that my ceiling was not 100% level. I loosened the 4 corner anchors and worked very well and fitted snug. My only problem is the connection to a router. I have to try 3 times. Every time I tried to connect the app asked me to connect. For me it is not a problem since I like the white bright look since it is in the laundry room. Great stuff though

Love the GoodEarth WiFi 4ft panel I purchased. Quick and easy installation and the app for the WiFi is amazing. Now having trouble with the light disconnecting from WiFi. I have other IOT on my mesh network with no problem. Can’t get help and cannot return as I threw the box away. Who do I call?
GoodEarth really needs to address connect ability issues that many are having with this model. It’s a real issue. I’m IT at work and can tell you that the four we have jump off WiFi regularly. Gotten so tired of it that we just use the manual side for white control. Premium paid for WiFi is a flush.

If you have wires coming to that spot on the wall.. you would probably want to wire them onto the little electrical box than mount the light so you have the fire protection. It gets sketchy and dangerous to just run wires all over the garage for creative lighting with the only fire protection coming from a twist on wire connector. That's a fast way to lose your house then have your fire insurance refuse to pay when they trace the fire to a light that was just wired in with no box.
must be a regular deinstall to change the color warmth as the switch for that resides inside the fixture. BAD design. I have seen other ones with the color warmth selector switch mounted externally on the short side.
