49 degree SHALLOW water bass! 

IT HAPPENED TODAY!
I ventured back to the lake and was greeted with water temperatures in the high 40's. I really wanted to catch bass "deep" using the livescope, but once again I could not make it happen (I know that it will one of these days lol). The backup plan was fishing a windblown rocky shoreline with trees periodically spread throughout. THERE WERE SOME TUBS IN THAT SHALLOW WATER! In a 3 hour stretch my best three bass went 13 pounds, which is pretty good for the state of Iowa. Hopefully I can find some of these beauties in a few days.
