Sir ladkiye ke bare mai kuch suggestion dijiye. Aap log to criminal ko bachane liye video dete hai. Agar ladkebale etna acha hota to Itna ladki ka murder kiyun hota hai,jala diya jata hai ladki ko. Iske bare mai to koyi video nehi banate

And, most of the time wife didn't have to bear the burden of proving the case it's husband and in-laws duty to prove their stand. Thirdly, there is no money to be given by the wife even if it is a false case, nothing happens to wife but if this proves to be a genuine case instead of a false case they have to provide alimony, lump-sum amount, monthly grooming charges for wife on the basis of family. You can be open to say that IO takes money and help to stand the case! this will make public aware!! Basically- its crossing FIR statement. Correct me if i am wrong. As IO does recovery or visit to Man house for recovery etc. And he may know both sides- they also knows law. But you need to make aware to all that case take may be 5-10 yrs to stand and witness can answer - dont recall or so..or any thing. Basically - all such cases are now delayed as - Tarikh pe Tarikh.... attendance ho rahi hai...how do you answer this? Poeple are attending court dates without any hearing and attendance taken thats all... how do one handle it? Can you make one video for it..as its most practical case now. Sir jaise ki meri wife ne mere pe 498a,406 ka case kiya hai. Aur sir jaise ki police FIR register kr rhi hai 22-1-2019 ko. Aur sir jaise ki ladki aur uska baap ke 161 ke bian 2/2/19 ko diye hai 2. Uske village Ke 2 witness hai jinone 12/4/19 ko 161 bian diye 3. Sir baki witness photographer, 2/3/19 furniture :- not mention jewellers, :- 12/4/19 palace booking & catering :- 31/3/19 Aur sir chagesheet 22-5-19 ko court mai. Submit hui. So sir jaise ke aapne vdo main bataya ke 161 bian date v important hai so kya sir main v iss hisab se court main vaild hai je wali dates k nai. Plzzz reply
Sir please guide me. If statement of complainant under 161 CrPC is not available with charge sheet and the statement of 164 CrPC is attached. In that scenario is it also obligatory for police IO to record the statement of complainant under 161 CrPC as per law before charge sheet the case??

First file TEP for what they are agreeved to pay the amount as dowry, if you want any evidence which will helps to you get it through RTI, banks temples etc not comes under RTI so file 91 crpc in court to get that evedence, you get ready with all the evedences and go for cross, don't depend on lawer always

Is the same copy of statement which signed by complainant will be submitted in charge sheet to court? because in my case all the 161 statements submitted in court with chargsheet were all signed by IO only and that io recorded all statements at witness houses as they mentioned that io rushed and taken statement..at their particular witness houses..even that witness names and addresses are false and not asper there adhar...pls help what shall I do..
