I love my 49cc , have had mine for about 10 months now & compared to the 2 strokes the gas mileage is phenomenal and I’ve never had to open up the motor to replace any parts , it’s about as quick as a 2 stroke although the top end speed isn’t as good. Really good kit for a commuter that wants a strong, reliable, mill.

I would like to see you build a custom bike out of the hyper cruiser .I like watching your videos . thanks I'm building the same bike right now. but I'm putting my custom touch on it because I can't just do stock.

What size spindle do you need to swap out the crank arms? I've seen kits online that vary from 128mm, 132mm, and 136mm. I can't find anywhere for the huffy nel lusso what size is needed.

could anyone help with carburetor? through idle circuit it works normally, but when i open gas it reaches max rpm at about 1/5 of the throttle range; also transition circuit doesn't function properly, because it jumps suddenly from idle rpm to rpm when clutch is engaged, very unpleasant feeling. carb is clean, cup is filled almost to the top, no vacuum leak. when i rode it i moved throttle valve just by 3 mm to get high rpm. so something is fundamentally wrong with the main circuit. what could be the reason it gets max rpm when I open throttle valve just a little? it is a standard carburetor that works on millions of engines. cannot understand anything. tried changing diameter of main jet, with narrowed main jet doesn't work. i think main jet has nothing to do with it, because changing slightly its diameter we can adjust rich/ lean, but here something is very wrong in the overall work of the carburetor.

I am debating which engine to get. I need one for a 1 hour and 10 min ride. If it can go up to 36 mph I will be okay with it.
