I was thinking the same thing when Detroit played the Rams. Stafford is a good QB and the Rams have Kyren Williams, Cooper Cupp, Puka Nacua, Aaron Darnold. One would figure there is no way the Lions can handle all that. But they won.

Regardless of what the score is the lions have had a terrific year, and it's been a great year to be a lions fan, because as a lions fan I wasn't sure they would make the playoffs at the beginning of the year. Certainly skip Bayless on Twitter stated that the lions earned the right to get blasted by the 49ers. And then he says in a very backhanded way, but good season. I think it will be a close game, and a good game, and as a lions fan I want to see the lions make the super bowl and WI a super bowl. But, really all you can ask for is go to San Francisco a very very tough place to play and keep the game close and don't make careless errors and give yourself a shot to win. Regardless of if the lions win or lose I don't think it's gonna be a blowout, I think you've got two terrific teams giving it all they've got, and one team has to win, I think the lions okay a close game, and if they lose, hey that's football. But the lions are a very young team, they will certainly improve in the off-season, no matter how they finish, even if they go and win the super bowl, they will address some real pressing big needs they have such as another Hutchinson lineman and some secondary help, either in the draft or free agency. Interesting thing with skip though is he thought they would lose both games to the rams and also to the bucs, he picked against the lions in both games, And said the other team had the better qb, and the better team. On Sunday in Twitter, I was looking at it at comments players or personalities in espn and others were saying and skip was like I told you the lions would win, no skip you'd been saying the opposite all week on your program. And skip, at least my lions are a team that won a couple playoff games, and they will be contenders for going deep into the playoffs for a long time, unlike your cowboys. If skip doesn't like a team, or a qb, it doesn't matter what they do, they could win the super bowl, as Eli and the giants did twice, and he didn't complement them on a great season he said they got lucky or the other team didn't play well, he's gonna do the same thing to the lions if they win the super bowl this year or any year.
