The contrast between Jennings and Aiyuk is over the top. Jennings represents total class and delivers on the field especially at crunch time. He gives crisp to the point interviews. He wanted to play for his boy Daniels with the Commanders but they didn't wanna give up what the niners was asking for, then at the last minute, before kyle and john could trade him somewhere else, he took the contract but is resentful towards the organization.

No need for Coach Kyle to enter a heated exchange. You are their leader, Coach. If there's a change to be made, walk in your authority and instruct the change to be done. If the change is rebelled against, reduce that player's role in the next game, starting with the current practice. The message will be heard loud & clear. On another note, Team captains should be handling this, not the Coach. Not only that, but BA was wearing the black shorts under the red so that shows that he intentionally went against team uni to be a rebel.
