If he can't be used as a running back can he be used as a full back to help juice in that position. How many full backs do the 49ers have? Juice is the man but he can use help as well as times. I remember when Bill Walsh would use tom rathman when the 49ers needed 1 are 2 yards. Cause his size and power.

Im predicting that Eli Mitchell will be traded or released. He's on his final year. He's too injury prone. The 49ers definitely are not resigning him due to his injury history. Plus, the 49ers have a number of hungry beasts just waiting to get their chance behind CMC.
Well, hopefully if we can get a backup RB who can cover the bases CMC can (at a lower level, obviously, there's only one CMC), then Kyle will ease up on CMC's workload (which I agree he should do). Mitchell has his injury issues, and Mason can't pass block at the level we need, so there's still a void. Hopefully Guerendo or Schrader can fill it.
