If any player had a reason to cry in the loss to the Rams it’s Deebo. Deebo in 2021 was the only reason why Niners were in that game he carried the team that year. With McCaffrey I agree his role on the team seems redundant, but there’s no doubt Deebo puts his body on the line every play.
Deebo had a bad game dropped like 3-4 passes almost non existent in the superbowl brock should have thrown in Brandon Aiyuk who was open the majority of the game but the O-line was getting handled on the right side we need better O-line this off season and better Speacial teams
I love Deebo, but yeah BA is much better. I felt like we didn’t give CMC enough touches or Screen passes. Keep CMC, BA, Kittle, JJ and shop Deebo around. He’s more of a RB and should be used like one on Screens, Wheel routes and Jet sweeps. Honestly CMC is a better Receiver than Deebo in terms of just pure catching.

Kind of like a thunder and lightning kinda thing. One is better vs man, one is better vs zone. Aiyuk is a tier 1 route runner, deebo is super versatile and incredible after the catch. Look at this offense this year. We don't have to choose between one or the other. This iteration 49ers should have two rings right now, and probably two more from the Harbaugh days. It's hard to watch some smacked ass coach sink your team with bad decisions like committing to Kaepernick or abandoning the run in huge games.

It is, at a human level. However, they are highly conditioned, professional athletes who get paid very well to do what they do and they need to continue working on their crafts to get make another run at it (i.e. Deebo should work on his routes, catching, etc; Purdy can work on his mobility, deep ball, etc)
