4Batz is a talented writer but his music feels like a diluted emo/homo-adjacent version of what T-Pain gave us in the 00’s with Brent Faiyaz as a aesthetic and maybe even musical inspiration. I know exactly what Joe Budden is talking about when referring to Drake getting on Fetty Wap song and Drake did not push it like the song with his so that’s why that song did not really do much for his career as much as just being a hit song him momentarily, so that’s what Joe was talking about. Drake has a habit of riding the wave of a younger, newer artist that’s having traction, but he’s only doing it for marketing purpose if they get his name out of more and become more popular, and to become more appealing to a younger crowd
