In America I get to buy a house with 0 down because I am in the military, as well as very low property interest rates. I want to purchase my first investment property there and then later down the line I’ll see how buying a house in Ghana is. Only thing is there aren’t many loan options out there, in the us you can get a house with as little as 3.5% down.
Trees is for village people. At least that's what most ignorant ppl in Accra think. This is why there's barely trees in all these basic homes in Accra.
I just don't understand leaders in the country they travel around the world , at this point they should get knowledge about how to develop a country. Every put of Ghana look like slum.. @@healthylifestyleletshareid6060 I blame ourselves and colonial mindset. A lot of African people (especially Ghana) do not understand the value of the nature they have. Instead they value showing off how big their house is or their car. Having grass and trees sometimes is seen has a step back but having 10 bedrooms that are unnecessary is seen has accomplishment. This is why foreigners come to Ghana and win cause of our blindness and ignorance. This is also why so much of the estates in Accra are sh**

The hype is attracting a lot of African American city people who also barely care about nature but i can say these people that these developers are trying to market to are slowly realizing accra is a concrete jungle and they are buying and building outside of Accra so this hype will die down cause right now everyone comes to accra for party then go back to their country. Sensible foreigners are buying at ayimensa park and areas like that. This is why these houses in accra are just empty. Why buy this when you can build to your taste with the same amount or less?
