Welcome to visit Vakkamäki Farm in southern Finland (Vakkamäen tila @vakkamaki). Dairy farmer Johanna Vakkamäki emphasized animal health and welfare, good management and labour efficiency and those were our goals during the coaching and design process. Vakkamäki Johanna has been working for a year in her new AMS barn with 2 milking robots (since Jan. 2019). The third robot will come later in the year 2020. This barn has sand bedding and special 4dBarn® Herringbone® robot orientation.
