Went from rooting for Dale Sr to Kevin Harvick. Thanks buddy for all the memories. Going to miss watching "THE CLOSER" moving up through the field and the surprise I'm here endings.
Thank you Kevin for giving us all hope and passion in this sport. You got put into a spot nobody ever thought they’d be put in, but you did it your way. You have made NASCAR a way better sport with your leadership and views of how to run the track, it will be a damn shame seeing you retire but you have accomplished everything you ever wanted. Thank you again, Kevin Harvick, for being you and making NASCAR the way it is today. #4Ever a Champion
This was so good. I grew up in bakersfield. In the early nineties his name was big locally. Mesa marin was a hotbed back in the day. And he was the hothead. Then he went big time and you all know the story. What a time to be alive for nascar.
I wonder if that 2014 Championship flag is still available to buy as it would be awesome for my collection of NASCAR memoribilia!! Gonna miss you Kevin, thanks 4 everything!! ❤❤
People can say whatever they will… but watching how Kevin conducted himself as his Cup career began told me that the guy had serious grit. Facing an almost inconceivable situation, that being stepping into the car of none other than Dale Earnhardt, who we had only just days ago lost - I cannot imagine a young driver performing ANY better than Kevin Harvick did. If there is a way to enter a career with more pressure on you, internal and external, I can’t imagine what that way would be. But he did… and almost immediately he was a winner. The character that had to require is immense. And it’s a character that served him, his teams, and the NASCAR community very very well. Congrats on one heck of a career, Kevin. No matter what tomorrow may bring, you will always be a Champion. 👏🏼👍🏼🏁
First off let me THANK the media dept at SHR. This journey down memory lane with Y'all, has been amazing all Year! Great Job Second to the 4 team ..... Gripping and Ripping in Nascar, THANK you for all your hard work! Thank you for all the memories. #4everachampion
No team ever wanted to win more than the #4 in 2014! They showed what it takes, and then they executed at a Championship level! Great HOF career! Thanks for all you have done for Nascar, for the fans, for the team, and for your family! 60 wins says it all! Kevin Harvick 4Ever a Champion!
Man it's gonna be sad seeing someone else drive that car! I don't think I've really come to terms that this is the last few races we get to watch the closer. Congratulations happy on a legendary career, thanks for all the memories and thanks for making all of us feel a little better after losing dale.
Thanks to Kevin Harvick I was great Fan of you Harvick you won the championship in 2014 always have Memories and had a great Retirement for! #4EVER A Champion
I am still disappointed that I didn't met him this yr at Watkins Glen Walmart. The managers gave the wristbands out early and never did a thing for the ones who followed the rules. I love Kevin and was so upset.
When Earnhardt passed, I went straight to Harvick. Not Dale Jr. For me, Keven was in Dales car. Never got on the Jr bandwagon. Jr was great, but for me it was Harvick.
While I'm grateful for the championship they have- like, SO grateful- it is an absolute crime that these folks only have one ring to show off. Blame the stupid playoffs, blame luck- this team ran too well for too long to only have one ring to show for it. Without the Chase or any of its iterations, Harv would be a 4-time champ- one in 2010(RCR), in 2015 and 2016, and in 2020. That just feels more...right.
In there defense this new car is totally different very equal car for everyone. All them drivers are damn good at what they do and now the playing field is level. Back then you could sneak things in find speed and hope your competitors didn’t find it also. It is way tougher now
