Next speedku kora illa nallaathaan irku na starting la 4 connection vachu irnthen apram cut ana ellam connection um cut aguthunu cherrinet, ACT, JIO potten irkrathule mattamna jio thaan avanla enatha solrathunu theriyala... Waste.. ACT , BSNL OK. Na irkra location Tirunagar, Madurai yaara antha location la irntha bsnl try pannikoonga ungalku rate plus service nalla irku.

Even people working as directly employ in district headquarters are not aware of anything and they are not customer friendly. I bought a sim and Fiber connection. But most of the time they will switch off Fiber because of some maintenance issue they will do it often it will go for hours. The sim which I bought was not working , to replace that I was asked to write 5 letter requesting to change the sim and after vsisting the office for 5 days . I wish BSNL should fix unnecessary hurdles and improve the service as well as well knowledgeable people on service irrespective of political party and labour union.

Previous used bsnl good but two things recharge options availability on apps, signal sometimes noise came when calls attend ,

Only if a government run a business, then people we will get more revenue for the government. Making every industry into privatisation will leads to lose of revenue and privates increasing the price as they like which results in poor services, that impacts consumers experience.

Im a network engineer...visited mang bsnl NOC, NIB centres across the country ...Spectrum allocation is one of the revenue generating source for government. If govt giving that spectrum to bsnl then they can generate any income. First thing customer service and next thing is their employees needed to be updated with latest technologies. They are still living in 80s/90s era. BSNL has state of the art network architecture and many private ISP still rely on BSNL in the backend especially in rural areas. If they improve their customer service and updating employees means then it would be top isp in india.
