Besties put it down first and it scuffed out somehow, which led to CG getting the turf and it either scuffed out again and got transfered back to the Besties or the devs reverted it back to the Besties to fix the scuff (kinda like how CG got the award for completing Maze bank first even though they weren't actually the first to do it because the heist wasn't ready even though they had all of the stickers, so when the heist was released on the weekend CG couldn't attempt the heist since CG don't play on the weekend). So CG tried to put their satellite dish in Vespucci but BBMC already claimed it, and last I heard CG is trying to work a deal out with BBMC because they don't even have a grow op, so they can't use their satellite dish. Both CG and BBMC want control of the app though so who knows what will happen.
