It's hard to find a place in Japan that doesn't look good, I have tried randomly pin a point at google map in Japan, and go to first person view, you still get that view like it's in anime, it's just so perfect
I've said it before, your videos are a slice of the real Japan that local people live in. Maybe a bit Voyeuristic but still fascinating. And you have a wonderful eye for cinematography. Someone said it in another comment, many of your shots could be enlarged as posters. I loved the little bit with the mirror
I used to go out on short walks during my lunch breaks to clear my head and to get away from people. I remember that towards the end, I used to hate where I worked, what I did. I used to hate myself and everything from time to time if I let my mind wander. I remember missing something without really knowing what it was, missing sharing things that I found difficult to explain and just having simple conversations to distract myself. When I look back now, I think I was depressed at some point. But, that's just a fancy word for feeling bad. I watched several Japan walks videos recently, but this one hit me hard in a bizarre way. It made me feel like I missed being there even though I never lived there, never even been to Japan at all. It made me recall the times when I had these walks with a friend of mine several years ago, and we had these deep talks about things, life, plans, and everything else. Maybe my lunch break walks were an attempt to remember those times. And then this video made me remember again all of this at a time when I thought I forgot about it all. But, apparently not. Anyway, keep making these great videos because you really do make a difference in people's lives. And, I don't think anybody would read this all the way through, but by any chance if you did, just have a great day and a wonderful life, my friend.
I hope you have a wonderful too friend. Dont forget what if feels like to be connected with oneself, and the special memories we make as people with one another. Here's hoping for sunny days for you
A very peaceful and pretty canal with the trees draped over the edge and the stone bridges and the cool old styled houses, it's good to keep the old but always bring in the new and have the old and new live in harmony.
An awesome video with million descriptions to be admired.A relaxing view of miniature figures on the top lanterns and traditional wooden houses, shop hanging the noren-a very Japanese tradition inspired. A beautiful sunset view,a laborious walk on a laid well plan that is fully executed.👍☁🌳🎭😻🌄🌄🌅🌅🌅
The little statues by the canal reminded me that when there is a civil society, its people can enjoy nice things. I'm sad to say that in my area of London, they would be vandalised within a day.
The ending with the soft light of the setting sun falling on the rooftops and the water of the canal was sublimely beautiful. Sunset in Nihon is surely a very special thing.
Thank you again for another video! Watching your videos is wonderful way to relax after a long work day. And thank you again for providing the immersive experience at 46:50. It really does make me feel like I'm there!
Really a spectacular looking walk. Must have one heck of a Fire Department with all that beautiful wood. I read where in 2006 it was merged with some other small towns to create the city Katori so I'm surprised to still see the name Sawara Station but maybe they just have not changed its name yet.
To the best of my knowledge, Sahara City is called Katori City as of now. But Sahara City itself is worthy of watching. Thanks. Correction: Sawara City is also ok. Deeply sorry! It's quite unusual for a city to have TWO names!
Hey Ram. 48:00- love to have this view framed . 49:20- could you repeat that? Btw...have you got a hitch in yer giddyup? Sounds like you got an old-timey polio brace on.
