경기도 양평군 양서면 용담리에 있는 자연정화공원이다.
대표적인 수생식물을 이용한 자연정화공원으로서, 경기도로부터 약 100억 원의 자금을 지원받아 조성하였다. 면적 207,587㎡ 규모에 연못 6개를 설치하여 연꽃과 수련·창포를 심어놓고 6개의 연못을 거쳐간 한강물은 중금속과 부유물질이 거의 제거된 뒤 팔당댐으로 흘러들어가도록 구성하였다.
공원은 크게 세미원과 석창원으로 구분되는데, 세미원에는 100여 종의 수련을 심어놓은 세계수련원·수생식물의 환경정화 능력을 실험하고 현상을 교육하는 환경교육장소·수련과 연꽃의 새로운 품종을 도입하여 실험하는 시험재배단지 등이 있다.
이와 함께 항아리 모양의 분수대인 한강 청정 기원제단·두물머리를 내려다보는 관란대(觀瀾臺)·프랑스 화가 모네의 흔적을 담은 ‘모네의 정원’·풍류가 있는 전통 정원시설을 재현한 유상곡수(流觴曲水)·‘수표(水標)’를 복원한 분수대·바람의 방향을 살피는 기후관측기구인 풍기대 등도 있다.
석창포 온실인 석창원에는 수레형 정자인 사륜정과 조선 정조 때 창덕궁 안에 있던 온실 등이 전시되어, 조상들이 자연환경을 지혜롭게 이용하였던 모습을 살펴볼 수 있다. 주변에는 수종사·정약용 생가터 등의 관광명소가 있다.

In addition, the Hangang Clean Prayer Altar, which is a jar-shaped fountain, Gwanlandae overlooking Dumulmeori, 'Monet's Garden' containing traces of the French painter Monet, and Yusanggoksu (流觴曲), a reproduction of elegant traditional garden facilities. There are also water fountains, a restored 'Supyo' fountain, and Pungidae, a climate observation device that monitors the direction of the wind.
At Seokchangwon, Seokchangpo Greenhouse, the carriage-shaped pavilion Sarunjeong and the greenhouse inside Changdeokgung Palace during the reign of King Jeongjo of the Joseon Dynasty are on display, allowing you to see how our ancestors wisely used the natural environment. Nearby, there are tourist attractions such as Sujongsa Temple and Jeong Yak-yong’s birthplace.
