I walked around in heavy rain night.
Heavy rain and thunder warnings were in effect, but the lightning only flashed in the distance.
Location is Shinmachi, next to Shinsaibashi, Osaka Japan.
Wearing the earphones makes you feel as if you are there.

Have you visited Japan yet? If not, what are you waiting for? You mentioned "Life is getting a bit in your way" but aren't you the one in control of your life? Buy your plane ticket, your JR Pass and tickets to events you are interested in ( I recommend Team Lab Botanical Garden in Osaka ) and book your hotel/Airbnb. If so, GO AGAIN!!! Once is not enough.

Thanks! The color is not changed. In addition to orange low-pressure sodium lamps, green and white lamps exist in Japanese street lighting.Fluorescent lamps may appear green, but green streetlights also exist.

So this is on repeat, so it isn't 5 hours of continuous rain footage? In the UK you probably could do 10 hour video without repeating it, 😂 The heavy rain and the ambient lighting gives the video a lot atmosphere, If I could do this in my own town I would especially those night walks, but unfortunately here in the UK we turn the street lights off at around midnight, well they do in my town at least.

Yes, it's an hour long video, but I made it because I had a request to make a longer video to use for sleeping. I would like to make it in one cut if I had the equipment to record longer at 4K 30-60fps, ...10 hours!?!? I heard that England is a beautiful city with many rainy days, so as a rain lover, I would like to visit this country.

Osaka is no longer seen in urban areas. It's tough on them sleeping in buildings, parks, etc. There's still a safety net and support for self-reliance, but it's hard to solve the problem of people who can no longer work in the world.
